How much is shipping?

You can select the Express Shipping solution during the check out. 

Can I pay in any currency?

Indicative prices are given in many currency, but payments will be made in US Dollars

When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Hong Kong, and are usually delivered within 3-5 working days

There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.

Will I get a tracking number?

An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched

If you do not receive one, please email orders@debayn.com

All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours

We cannot send to PO boxes, please ensure a street address is supplied

Will I have to pay any additional duties & taxes?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that Debayn does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.  

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Debayn please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

What is the return policy?

We accept exchanges and refunds on all our pieces within 30-days from the date you received your order. 

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

  • Item/s must be in original condition with returns tag or a letter with your details and order details 
  • Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.

Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping and return label cost.

Are returns free?

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Debayn for an exchange or refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.

How do I organise a return?

To initiate a return, simply email us at returns@debayn.com using the e-mail address used to order the swimshorts

(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)

Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

Debayn cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

Where do I send my return to?

We have a warehouse based in Hong Kong, specifically chosen to facilitate all of our Returns.

We will provide you with the full address when we allocate your Returns Authorisation number to you!

NOTE: You have 14 days to send back your product once we provide you with Returns Authorisation number.

ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT A VALID RETURNS AUTHORISATION # WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER AND WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

How long does it take for my exchange/refund to be processed?

We endevor to process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we do our best to reply with your Returns Authorisation (RA) number within 24 hours.

If you're exchanging, we will send your new item, and email you a new tracking number within 1-2 business days

If you're refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay (Paypal or credit card) within 1-2 business days.

What if my order arrives damaged, or there is a fault?

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged suit, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at returns@debayn.com
