Your delivery options
Shipping costs are calculated during check out. Our shipping platform connect our store with 250+ shipping solutions and save up to 70%. Simply choose your preferred delivery option based on the delivery time or/and price. That's your choice.
Orders are dispatched within 2 days and are usually delivered within 3-7 working days depending on the delivery option you have chosen. Delivery times are not guaranteed and should be used as an approximation only.
How to track your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you receive a shipping notification including your tracking number. If you do not receive one, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Taxes and duties
Customs and duties may apply to the order. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery. Estimated taxes and duties mentioned at checkout for your reference only. We do not charge them.
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or forwarding addresses at this time.
Try your new Debayn on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straightaway if you’d like a different size or a refund. We accept exchanges and refunds on all our pieces within 30-days from the date you received your order.
Returning your purchase
As soon as you’ve decided you’d like to return, let us know. You have 30 days from the date you received your order to follow the below steps:
- Initiate a return by sending us an email at email@example.com using the e-mail address used to order, your order number and the reason of the return (size, faulty etc.)
- Wait for your return to be approved. You will receive a Returns Authorisation (RA) number.
- Ship your item(s) whiting 7 days after your return is approved. The shipping address will be specified by email based on your location.
Items must be returned to us unused with all Debayn tags, labels still attached and pouch/dust bag. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
The shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) to us for an exchange or a refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.
Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.
Debayn cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
How long does it take
We endeavour to process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we do our best to reply with your Returns Authorisation (RA) number within 24 hours.
If you're exchanging, we will send your new item, and email you a new tracking number within 2 to 5 business days
If you're refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay (Paypal or credit card) within 2 to 5 business days.
What if my order arrives damaged, or there is a fault?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged suit, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
